شرح موقعیت شغلی

مالکیت محصول‌های هوش مصنوعی، از ایده تا تحویل. تمرکز بر طراحی محصولاتی که در دیتاسنتر داخلی اجرا می‌شوند و به هیچ سرویس خارجی وابسته نیستند.

مسئولیت‌ها

  • مدیریت Product Roadmap و طراحی Backlog تکنیکال
  • مدیریت تیم‌های فنی برای اجرای فیچرهای هوش مصنوعی در محیط لوکال
  • پایش KPIها و انطباق با الزامات امنیتی
  • مستندسازی کامل و Audit-Ready برای محصولات

مهارت‌های موردنیاز

  • تجربه در مدیریت محصولات Enterprise-Level
  • آشنایی با ML Lifecycle و MLOps داخلی
  • تسلط به Agile/Scrum برای تیم‌های بزرگ
  • توانایی تعامل با ذینفعان غیرتکنیکی

مهارت‌های تکمیلی

  • تجربه در پیاده‌سازی هوش مصنوعی در محیط‌های امن و ایزوله
  • آشنایی با Data Governance و استانداردهای بانکی (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
  • دانش از Big Data Frameworks (Kafka, Spark) در محیط On-Prem
  • تجربه در طراحی Logging/Monitoring امن (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
